Roles and Responsibilities
The computer code Development Engineer are going to be concerned within the style and development of the Alcatel-Lucent Network Management computer code (AMS) for access network components ISAM, GPON etc. The every day responsibilities include:
Design, cryptography and debugging for allotted options
Unit testing of own code
Review of code developed by alternative members of the team
Effective review of product necessities, user documentation and check styles
Skill Set
Masters/Bachelor Degree in computers/communication/electrical engineering
1 to three years of development expertise on JAVA/J2EE platform
Strong data of XML Models
Strong data on SNMP
Good exposure to Layer 2/Layer three Protocols
Strong communication skills, each Verbal and Written
Good Team Player
Good understanding of the computer code development lifecycle
Good operating data of IDE's, testing frameworks, defect pursuit tools, and version management systems
Desired
Good understanding of network management domain
Experience with NMS/EMS Development
Prior expertise in operating with multi-site groups
Knowledge of scripting languages like PERL, Shell etc.
