Position: Recruiter(both IT & BPO Hiring)
Exp : 0.6 Months to 1 Year
Location: Gachibowli(Nanakramguda)
Open Position: 1
Working Days: 5 Days,
Any emergency Saturday working
Notice Period : Immediate to 15 days Max
Note: Male Candidates preferable for this position.
Job Description:
Good in Communication written and Verbal.
Good Knowledge on Job Portals like Naukri, Monster, Shine and other social media like Linked iN, Indeed etc...
Preferable having work experiecne on requirements like Non IT Recruitement, BPO Bulk Hiring, Campus Hiring etc..
Need Basic knowledge on IT Requirements.
Ready to work under pressure and ready to extend timings for get good revenue to the company. Having good knowledge on End to End Recruitment, Sourcing, Screening, Salary Negotiation, Interview Schedules, Follow Ups till offer closed.
Salary: INR 1,25,000 - 2,25,000 P.A.
